You share your destination, period, budget and wishes via “Design my Journey” or a first introduction. An idea is enough — concreteness sharpens the design.

Introduction
We plan a personal conversation, by phone or video. We listen to what you want to experience, who travels with you and which comfort you seek.
Your journey design
ADERO designs your journey as one coherent whole: route, stays, travel in between and experiences. You receive a personal design to sit with.

Refinement & booking
Together we refine the design until it fits. Then we book, arrange and confirm everything. For the design a travel design fee applies — agreed transparently in advance, see the conditions.
On the road
On the road ADERO is your central point of contact. Questions or changes: one organisation keeps the overview, wherever you are.

How long does designing my journey take?
That depends on the journey's complexity. We usually discuss a first design within one to two weeks of our introduction.
What does a tailor-made journey cost?
Your journey determines that, not a price list — we work with no fixed prices or packages. You share a budget indication; we design within it and tell you honestly when something does not fit.
Can I travel to any destination?
We design journeys only to destinations we have travelled ourselves. If you wish to go somewhere we have not been, we say so honestly — and gladly think along about an alternative.
Must I book everything through ADERO?
No. If you prefer to arrange a part yourself, we build the journey around it. We do keep oversight of the whole, so that everything connects.
What happens to my details?
We use your details solely to design your journey and to reach you. See our privacy policy for the full overview.
